Floulex Growth (“we” or “us”) sets up call answering for service businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website, our ads, and our forms, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you fill out one of our forms, on this site or in a Facebook or Instagram ad: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers to the questions on the form.
- When you book a call: the time you choose and anything you type into the booking form.
- When you visit this site: basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you view, through standard server logs. If we use ad measurement tools, such as the Meta pixel, they may set cookies to measure which ads led to a visit.
How we use it
- To contact you about the service you asked about, by phone, text message, or email.
- To schedule calls with you and remind you about them.
- To understand which ads and pages are useful, so we can improve them.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and any call you book. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our customer management and scheduling software, our email and text message providers, and the ad platform you came from. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls we answer for our clients
When we answer a call for one of our client businesses, the information the caller gives belongs to that business. We process it on the business’s behalf, only to deliver the call summary and run the service. Callers are told at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. You can stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
