12 roof leads in 90 days.Or 100% of your money back.
At least 12 roof replacement or storm-damage leads from calls you already miss, in your first 90 days live. When you can’t pick up, the call gets answered in your company’s name instead of going to voicemail, and the homeowner’s details land on your phone as a text within 60 seconds.

What happens to the call you can’t take
Your number stays the same. The only thing that changes is where a missed call goes.
You pick the number of rings
Rings
A homeowner calls while you are on a roof, on the road, or with a customer.
Instead of voicemail
Forwards
The call moves on to your assistant. Your number stays exactly the same.
In your company's name
Answered
The caller is asked what is going on with the roof, the address, the roof's age, insurance, and timing.
Within 60 seconds of hang-up
On your phone
A text with everything above, ranked interested or not, so you know who to call first.
Every lead arrives the same way
One text per call, written so you can decide in a few seconds whether to call back now or after the job.
- Name and callback number
- The number they want you to call, not only the one they called from.
- Property address
- Checked against your service area, so you know before you drive.
- What’s going on
- A replacement, storm damage, a leak, a repair, or an inspection.
- Roof age
- A leak on an older roof is often a replacement conversation.
- Insurance
- Whether a claim is filed or an adjuster has been out. Asked as a question, never promised.
- Timing
- As soon as possible, this month, in the next few months, or just pricing.
- Ranked for you
- Interested or not interested, so the hot ones go first.
Existing customers, suppliers, and spam calls get a one-line note instead, so nothing slips through and nothing clutters your list.

The guarantee
At least 12 Roof replacement or storm-damage leads in your first 90 days live. Or 100% of your money back.
What counts as a lead
- We captured the caller’s name, callback number, and property address.
- The address is inside your service area.
- The caller owns the home or makes the decision.
- They need a replacement, have storm or insurance damage, or have a leak on an older roof.
- They said yes to you contacting them for an inspection or estimate.
Each household counts once, and the summary has to reach you within 60 seconds of the call ending.
How it’s counted
From our call log. You see every summary the moment it arrives, and you get a running count every month.
Your part
Keep call forwarding turned on for the 90 days. That’s the whole list.
If fewer calls come in
The 12 is set from your own phone records before you start. If fewer calls forward than those records showed, the number adjusts in proportion.
Questions roofers ask first
Something not covered here?
Most questions get answered faster on a short call, with your own numbers in front of you.
Pick a timeOr read the full guarantee terms.
Who answers the call?
An AI voice assistant, set up in your company’s name with your services, your service area, and the questions you want asked. It tells callers up front that they’ve reached your company’s AI assistant, and it never pretends to be a person. You hear it and approve the script before it answers a single real call.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Your number stays the same. Calls you don’t pick up forward to the assistant instead of your voicemail, and you choose how many rings come first. We set it up with you.
Does it ever call or text homeowners?
No. It only answers calls that come in. It never calls anyone and never texts homeowners. The only texts go to you.
What if my office already answers most calls?
Then fewer calls forward, which is fine. The 12 is set from the calls your own phone records show you missing, and it adjusts if fewer calls forward than those records showed.
Are the calls recorded?
Callers hear that the call may be recorded before anything else is said. You get the summary by text, and the recording is there if you want to hear the call yourself.
What happens after the 90 days?
You decide whether to keep it running, month to month. There’s no long-term contract.
How does the refund work?
If the count is under 12 at day 90, email us within 14 days. We go through the call log together and send 100% of what you paid within 10 business days.
What does it cost?
We go over price on the call, after we’ve looked at your missed calls together, because the guarantee number is set from your own call records. It’s one amount for the first 90 days, and the refund covers all of it.
